No you don’t have to concentrate at all, it does not matter if your conscious mind wanders and thinks of other things during the hypnosis since you will take in all the suggestions on a subconscious level
It is very normal to become so relaxed that you fall asleep when you are listening to the hypnosis audio.
However the subconscious mind never sleeps which is why we don’t fall out of bed even though we turn over and move around.
Even if you fall asleep while listening, the suggestions are still becoming embedded into your subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is a natural relaxed state where you are not asleep or out of control.
Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system it is a state where you are very relaxed but also aware, a bit like that feeling when you wake up in the morning and you know exactly where you are but you feel too relaxed to want to get up.
