I would recommend this product as it is in line with current medical research showing that modern breakfast cereals are no more than biscuits and confectionery pretending to be healthy – when the truth is they are no such thing!
Humans are not meant to eat grains. They are neither healthy nor good for us. I would take it with warm soya , rice or almond milk, add cinnamon and nutmeg in the winter, or stir it into soya yoghurt in the summer.
It’s also great to add it to stewed fruit or eat it with berries or olives as a snack.

I alternate this breakfast with eggs. With my Kapai mix, I add vanilla yoghurt (Jalna), fresh honey (local farmer) and cinnamon (in a sad attempt to lower sugar cravings). I do add cow’s milk but should probably add my girlfriends low fat soya milk.
My eggs are usually microwaved, boiled, or an omelette with spinach, or cottage cheese and lentils and some ham. And raw chili.

I bought (most of) the ingredients for this yesterday. Cost £19 in total for quite a lot. Added desiccated coconut as couldn’t get amaranth. Mixed it up today. It’s very tasty, does take quite a lot of eating though. All those seeds can get stuck in your teeth. I’ll start eating a proper amount for breakfast this week, and will report on how it works & feels.
Sounds great. Are the buckwheat, millet and amaranth added completely raw – or are any of them puffed, flaked, soaked, toasted..?
