2 Vacancies: Marketing and Business Development Executive

The Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) team are expanding the assistance that they are giving to their graduates post-course.

We are looking to hire two, part-time Marketing and Business Development Executives to join our team and help us assist RTT graduates in marketing their practice and future-proofing their businesses once they qualify as RTT Therapists.

Your role within the company will be twofold.

You will be the first point of contact for our RTT Graduates who have questions about how to market themselves and their practice. You will also be required to generate and implement ideas to help the RTT movement grow, with the creation of member referral schemes, affiliate schemes and other marketing strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact in shaping the future of RTT.

Location: Remote. We are a truly global team with members based all over the world. All we ask for a real enthusiasm for the role and a willingness to deliver the best service, courses and training to our community.

Hours: Between 15 – 25 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited To

Answering marketing-related queries asked by and providing support to our RTT Graduates

Creating a member get member scheme, and building out our customer referral strategy

Creating an affiliate scheme for RTT Training

Creating of marketing instruction documents and videos for distribution among RTT Graduates

Assisting the RTT Management Team in any other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required

Devising content for, and assisting in the building of a marketing training program aimed at helping our graduates develop their marketing skills.

Sales Admin Support

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Marisa Peer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Sales team. This is a fantastic chance to join a rapidly growing company with excellent options for career progression.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities.

The Sales Administrator will provide an important link between the salesperson and the client. Working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales enquiries via the support desk, arranging sales calls for the sales executives, processing sales-related paperwork and facilitating reporting.

The ideal candidate will be an efficient and adaptable worker with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets. They must have excellent customer service skills and be a good organiser.

An understanding of Rapid Transformational Therapy is desirable but not compulsory. More important is a real enthusiasm for the role and company, and willingness to learn.

Day to Day Duties Include:

Sales Executive for Rapid Transformational Therapy

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Marisa Peer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Sales team as the company continues to grow and develop.

We’re looking for a full-time, experienced Sales Executive, with a proven track record to help sell places on the RTT course globally.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of closing business over the telephone. They will be confident with relationship-building, objection handling and asking for business.

As the potential course delegates’ first point of contact, the Sales Executive must be articulate and able to provide plenty of detail during a conversation. Due to the nature of the course being sold, the ideal candidate will be empathetic and understanding, and able to adapt to the different cultural markets.

Experience or a profound interest in alternative therapies is essential. The ability to talk knowledgeably about the RTT course, or the Marisa Peer Method, is desirable but not compulsory.

If you have proven track record in telephone sales over the phone and you are natural people person we would love to hear from you!

RTT Sales Executive Application

Traffic Manager/Media Buyer

The Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) team are expanding their marketing department and we are looking for a Traffic Manager/Media buyer to assist us in growing our digital traffic.

As we expand our online presence, we want to increase traffic to our lead magnets and landing pages. Your primary role will be overseeing the growth of our paid and organic traffic but you will also be expected to contribute to the wider marketing plans of the company and assist the Directors and COO in the day to day running of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, and incredibly ambitious digital marketing team and have a real impact in shaping the future of RTT. You will be given a significant budget for paid traffic and all the advice and help you need from our extensive network of expert consultants.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Continuing with ongoing development and optimisation of our Facebook advert campaigns
  • Building out a comprehensive and scalable Google Adwords campaign
  • Working on our website SEO, and increasing our organic traffic
  • Identifying opportunities for new traffic sources and developing our YouTube strategy
  • Working with the company directors and COO to deliver other marketing projects
  • Identify new opportunities where the company can exploit paid advertising

Required Skills and Experience

Project Marketing Manager

Would you like to be involved in developing a brand new marketing training course from scratch? We are looking for a technically capable, self-starter to work on a brand new project. This project aims to bring basic, intermediate and advanced level marketing to practitioners around the world.

Your role will involve project management and hands-on technical work across a whole suite of software and marketing campaigns. The role will also require a specific emphasis on lead generation and marketing automation software.

You will be using large amounts of competitor research that has already been completed, and your own expert knowledge to help create a brand new marketing training business. This business will be focussed on training practitioners. Our main target market is practitioners and therapists in the personal development industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Create and host a training platform for practitioners:

We will be creating a brand new marketing training program for business practice owners and solo practitioners to generate reliable income and grow their businesses at a sustainable rate.

You will have access to any and all of the most cutting edge marketing training programs currently on the market. You will need to build a program to inform and train our audience in the most efficient and appropriate manner, suited to their skill sets. This is not marketing training for marketers, this is marketing training focused on business growth for our customers.

You will need to be able to tailor your content and training to complete beginners. That means no jargon or acronyms. Just delivering pure, basic marketing training from the ground up.

We will host our training community in Facebook. You will be expected to run the community’s training agendas and run the backend CRM that will accompany this community. You will also be expected to generate marketing strategies to acquire new customers and assist the implementation of these.

Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and technically capable, Social Media Executive to join the team.

The role will involve hands-on social media work across all of the commonly used social media platforms and sourcing content from our content library for your campaigns.

You will be expected to liaise with the marketing manager to generate specific web pages to send social traffic to. You will then track the results, measure your effectiveness and use that information to generate different campaigns to suit the audiences moving forwards.

You should be a fast learner, inquisitive and have a keen eye for technical detail alongside a real passion for customer care and support. We are a customer-focused business who places a great deal of emphasis on the happiness and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To

Generating monthly posting strategies:  You will be expected to plan out your campaigns 30 days or more in advance and have all elements checked and approved. This will require organisation and communication with the team in order to ensure all elements of your scheduled content are prepared by the marketing department before you begin your campaign. You will be expected to work closely with our content curators and videographers to ensure your campaigns are delivered on time.

Skills with the following platforms:

Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, and Vimeo. You will also need the willingness to learn some more widespread social media platforms that are more commonly used in foreign markets.

Basic video editing knowledge: You will be able to generate virtually limitless types of short video content for your campaigns. The content library you will have access to is vast, and the ability to make basic edits to your social video content would be an advantage.

Basic image editing skills: We prefer to use canva.com to generate simple and sleek mobile friendly imagery for our social media campaigns. You should be comfortable using this piece of software.

An understanding of marketing and its terminologies: You will be expected to communicate with the marketing department to prepare web pages for your campaigns, alongside being involved in wider marketing-related discussions. 

You Will Need To Be

A Self Starter: We are looking for someone who is not afraid to go off and learn something by themselves. The business moves at a fast rate, and the ability to pick up new programs and software quickly is essential.

Detail Orientated: To plan, and set up and test our marketing automations you will need a strong eye for detail.

Creative: You will be expected to find suitable content for your campaign proposals from our vast library of footage. You will able to organise for short edits to be made, and subtitles for mobile viewing to be added.
